Deployment Validation Checklist
| Focus Area | Decision Point | Deployment Note |
|---|---|---|
| Target part | Check size, surface condition, and key tolerances against the scan task | Run a full trial scan on a representative part |
| Data workflow | Verify point cloud, deviation map, and quality-report handoff | Confirm export formats and review ownership in advance |
| Shop-floor use | Review training, calibration, lighting, and working space | Keep the validation record as a repeatable inspection reference |

At this Taizhou auto and motorcycle parts expo, INSVISION will highlight its core products: the AlphaScan series and AlphaVista AI metrology-grade handheld 3D scanners.
In the automotive parts sector, both devices efficiently perform 3D data capture and full-dimensional inspection analysis for a wide range of components, from new energy vehicle parts, body panels, stampings, die castings to machined parts and molds. In the motorcycle sector, they also demonstrate strong capabilities.
Full-dimensional modeling of motorcycle parts is compressed from days using traditional methods to just a few hours, significantly shortening new product development cycles. From inspecting deep cavities and cooling fins on engine housings, to analyzing form deviation and runout on complex curved surfaces of aluminum alloy wheels;
from checking assembly gaps on plastic covers, to evaluating the overall structure of frames—all can be efficiently accomplished with precise 3D data capture and inspection analysis.
